  • 1/2 Cup frozen Cauliflower {previously steamed
  • better for digestion}
  • Few frozen chunks of zucchini {same as cauliflower }

  • 1 Tsp. Creative Culinary Grade Matcha @naoki_matcha
  • 1 Tsp. coconut oil or MCT Oil
  • Cashew Milk @malkorganics
  • Toppings: blood orange slice, coconut flakes, bee pollen, drizzle of superfood Green Bee Honey @philosophielove
Directions
  • Step 1 Place everything in a high-speed blender, and blend. Top with toppings of choice! I use a @Vitamix
