Have it alone, spread on toast, wrap in a tortilla, sandwich spread or in a salad bowl as I did here!

Chickpea “Tuna” Salad Mash
Ingredients
- 1/2 can chickpeas or cannelloni beans
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric {I used @suncorefoods turmeric}
- Splash lemon juice
- 1-2 tsp. Mustard
- 1 Tbl. Plain yogurt { I use @nancysyogurt }
- Pink salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Step 1 Add all ingredients to a bowl and mash with a fork. Enjoy!
