Spread the hummus on your favorite crackers with a cube of avocado, and BOOM! Perfect snack! I added some hemp seeds for an extra superfood boost!

This hummus should be at your next party. The color alone is impressive! Add this hummus to: Salads, Wraps, Sandwiches, Veggies trays, Pastas.


  • 1, 15oz can of @edenfoods organic garbanzo beans
  • 1 small beet, cooked
  • 1/2 blood orange, juiced
  • 2-3 Tbl. goat cheese *optional* {sub plain/greek yogurt if you don’t like goat cheese, or omit completely if dairy free}
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 Tbl. filtered water
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • Pink Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Step 1 Reserve the olive oil, and place all remaining ingredients in a high-spread blender.
  • Step 2 Start blending on low and stream in olive oil.
  • Step 3 Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
