Smoothies are a great way to get a few servings of fruit and veggies first thing in the morning!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup frozen Cauliflower, previously steamed then frozen: better for digestion
  • Few frozen chunks of zucchini, same as cauliflower

  • Bunch of frozen rasperries
  • Few frozen wild blueberries
  • Big dollop of Plain Cultured yogurt @nancysyogurt , billions of probiotics
  • 1/2 Cup Cashew Malk @malkorganics
  • Toppings: more yogurt + sliced strawberries + bee pollen + @webeepaleo granola
Directions
  • Step 1 Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. I use a Vitamix.
  • Step 2 Blend until smooth, and top with favorite toppings. Enjoy!
