Berry Collagen Smoothie
Smoothies are a great way to get a few servings of fruit and veggies first thing in the morning!
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup frozen Cauliflower, previously steamed then frozen: better for digestion
- Few frozen chunks of zucchini, same as cauliflower

- Bunch of frozen rasperries
- Few frozen wild blueberries
- Big dollop of Plain Cultured yogurt @nancysyogurt , billions of probiotics
- 1/2 Cup Cashew Malk @malkorganics
- Toppings: more yogurt + sliced strawberries + bee pollen + @webeepaleo granola
Directions
- Step 1 Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. I use a Vitamix.
- Step 2 Blend until smooth, and top with favorite toppings. Enjoy!
