  6. Some of my other MUST-haves:PROBIOTICS & DIGESTIVE ENZYMES. Not pictured. I’m currently taking Women’s Once Daily {50 CFU} @gardenoflife and Omega- Zyme Ultra Digestive Blend @gardenoflifeI take these daily, but they are especially lifesavers for my gut when I travel. When shopping for probiotics: 50CFU is important to look for with probiotics, and ‘fermented’ ingredients with digestive enzymes. Not all are created equal, so do your research!

I know MY body, and these are necessary for MY wellness! I can get so thrown-off when I deviate from my routine. It’s important to my to have my regular routine WITH me so my body can feel “normal-ish,” AND I can enjoy my time, and feel my best!!!

HIGH MAINTENANCE??? Naw…. just prepared!
