Can you blame me?? 😂✈️ Celebrating #FRIYAY with this loaded fish taco! 🌮 ---------------------------------------------------- TACO #dEATS 👇🏻 1 Cassava & Chia #grainfree tortilla @sietefoods ➕kale cashew pesto @traderjoes ➕honey seared salmon {see below 👀} ➕Turmeric Lemon roasted cauliflower {also below 👀} ➕cilantro & pepper flakes ---------------------------------------------------- TURMERIC LEMON ROASTED CAULIFLOWER: 1️⃣In a mixing bowl, combine fresh cauliflower florets, high heat cooking oil { I used melted @cocavo_official Turmeric & Lemon coconut/avocado oil} + garlic powder and a dash more turmeric powder, pink salt & pep ‼️You can used any high heat oil you like, with turmeric powder, garlic powder, splash of lemon juice, pink salt + pepper. 2️⃣Mix until cauliflower is coated; spread evenly on a baking sheet & bake 10-15 mins on 400. Time varies on amount you’re making. 💃🏻 . HONEY SEARED SALMON: 👇🏻 1️⃣Pat salmon dry with a paper towel { this is Wild King Salmon from my @moinkbox } ; pink salt & pepper, themed drizzle honey on top. 2️⃣Get cast iron skillet hot and add some high heat oil; I used coconut oil 3️⃣Place salmon face-side down, cook 3-4 mins., flip, and do the same; remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes!   • If you haven’t hopped on the Ch-ch-ch-CHIA TRAIN, y’all should! 🙌🏻🚂Chia seeds are a great source of fiber, rich in omega-3 acids, antioxidants & minerals. #superfood 💯 Throwing it back to this PB & Cherry Berry Chia Pudding mini toasts bc, that color! 💖💕 ------------------------------------------------- #chiapudding recipe 👇🏻 💕Mix 3 Tbl. of chia seeds { @navitasorganics } with 1/2-3/4 C. of nut milk { I used @malkorganics cashew MALK } & added one scoop of @super_beets Cherry Berry Collagen powder to it! • 💕Added a splash of water or nut milk next morning and mix. • 💕Please note: The powder is optional. You can make plain chia pudding and it’s just as yummy and beneficial. Just use less liquid.   • Had a blast in Nashville this past weekend! It was a 48hr trip, but feel like we got a great taste of the town {literally}! Can’t wait to go back and see more of what the city has to offer, AND ✔️off more places on my list! Maybe hit-up a museum next time bc all we did was eat! #notkidding 🤣Trip saved in highlights if you’re interested! 😍 . #fyi 👉🏻 When I travel, I don’t restrict. I don’t count calories or worry about my calorie/carb intake. It’s no fun for me. My activity is usually pretty high anyway from walking, and if I’m honest: ordering a bland grilled chicken salad & veggies is depressing. I mean, I can cook that at home. * {Again, this is just my opinion}. Are my pants a bit snug today?? YEP. Do I care?? NOPE! 🙅🏻‍♀️It’s only a few days and my bod needs a break sometimes. My favorite part about traveling is experiencing all the FOOD! #foodieatheart 💆🏻‍♀️I had a blast, and now that I’m home, I’m back into my routine and moving forward. This works for ME, but please know it took my a long time to get here. Whether it was traveling or just going out with friends at home, I spent way to many years stressing about going out to eat, what I could order that was the “healthiest,” and squeezing in a workout. It made it hard to and enjoy myself in the moment, and it made me miserable, AND miserable to be around. . I’m so much happier now letting loose with food and living in the moment. They gym and my regular eating habits will always be waiting for me when I get home, ya know?!? . Just wanted to share incase some of you struggle with this... OR wonder why what I consume on trips look nothing like my healthier IG feed.😏 I found a good balance for me, and it’s freeing. . It’s the perfect #lowcarb side-kick to any meal, and it’s so fluffy! ☁️ #ontheblog and below! And you know it’s in stories for ya as well! 😉XOXO ------------------------------------------------- #whatsinmybowl 👇🏻 COCONUT CAULIFLOWER MASH {see below} ➕honey glazed Wild Salmon @moinkbox {also below} ➕sautéed spinach ------------------------------------------------- COCONUT CAULIFLOWER MASH 👇🏻 1️⃣Steam 5 Cups riced cauliflower or 1 head of cauliflower. 2️⃣While still warm, add to a blender {I use a #Vitamix} 3️⃣Add 1/2 cup coconut milk { @traderjoes } + 2 Tbl. Coconut oil + 2 tsp. Dried chives + 1 tsp. garlic powder, pink salt & pepper to taste 4️⃣Blend until smooth; ENJOY! TIP: if you’re not a fan of coconut, use grass-fed butter or ghee with your favorite milk or nut milk. You could even swap in plain yogurt!
