GREEN SUPERFOOD BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 pouches of @wildwayoflife Toasted Coconut #grainfree Instant Hot Cereal {includes: coconut, walnuts, flaxseed, cashews, coconut flour, pecans, dried dates, vanilla bean}
  2. 1 avocado
  3. 1 scoop KETO VANILLA PROTEIN #keto360 @ancientnutr @drjoshaxe
  4. 2 Tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  5. 1 tsp. Matcha @naoki_matcha
  6. 1 heaping Tablespoon Spirulina @sarifoodscompany
  7. 2 tsp. Raw Honey

DO IT

  1. In a #vitamix Blend ALL ingredients together
  2. Place batter in the fridge for at least 30 mins; roll into 1 inch balls and refrigerate again.
  3. Melt your favorite chocolate {I used Pure Cacao Organic Dark Unsweetened Chocolate disks @santabarbarachocolate} Thanks @lilsipper
  4. Roll dem balls in the chocolate, and place on parchment paper, and chill!
  5. Optional: I sprinkled all natural mint & rose sugar crystals on top @savortree
    THATS IT!

❗PRO TIP: Store in the freezer; and set them out for 5 mins. to thaw before inhaling!

Berry Chip Smoothie

In a #vitamix

  1. 1/2 Cup @nancysyogurt Plain cultured yogurt {billions of probiotics ➕protein 💯}
  2. 1/4-1/2 Cup mixed berries {raspberries, blueberries, cranberries}
  3. 1/4 frozen banana chunck {I buy green bananas the freeze them. WHY?? Green bananas contains PREbiotic’s & have LESS sugar 👉🏻 tip from the amazing Bethany { @lilsipper }
  4. 1 scoop @drjoshaxe Multi-Collagen {joint, skin, hair & gut health}
  5. 1/4 Cup previously steamed & frozen cauliflower -{better for digestion & bloat if steamed}
  6. 1 Tbl. @terrasoul Cacao Nibs {antioxidants & magnesium} 🌪Blend, baby BLEND!🌪 @vitamix

TOPPINGS

EGG & VEGGIE SCRAMBLE SKILLET

PUT IT TOGETHER

  1. 2 Eggs @vitalfarms + 1 egg white
  2. Roasted yellow squash
  3. Roasted brussel sprouts
  4. Cilantro
  5. Red onion
  6. Coconut Aminos is @thrivemkt
  7. Not the best avocado flower

Charcoal Pancakes

BUT WHY ADD CHARCOAL??

Activated charcoal is FULL of digestive healthy benefits, and detoxifying goodness. I love @schizandu brand 🖤

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 banana
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 1.5 Cup almond flour @bobsredmill
  4. 1 Tsp. Baking powder
  5. 1 Tbl. Hardwood Activated Charcoal @schizandu

DO IT

  1. In a #vitamix, blend the banana & 1 egg
  2. Add mixture to a bowl and whisk in the 2 other eggs
  3. Add baking powder & almond flour a little at a time
  4. Whisk in activated charcoal & splash of water if needed incase the mixture gets too thick
  5. Cook on a non-stick skillet or griddle in coconut oil!

PEANUT BUTTER SYRUP
Whisk together 2 Tbl. of Almond Powder @pb.and.me ➕1 Tbl. of nut milk {I used @malkorganics cashew milk} ➕1 Tbl. of maple syrup
