Keto Coconut Cauliflower Mash

SO excited to share this dreamy KETO COCONUT CAULIFLOWER MASH with Y’all! Looks like mashed potatoes doesn’t it?

It’s the perfect low carb side-kick to any meal, and they are so fluffy!

When making this: Keep in mind you don’t have to use coconut. Feel free to use grass-fed butter or ghee with your favorite milk or nut milk. You could even swap in plain yogurt! Get creative and use what YOU like or have on hand!


Keto Coconut Cauliflower Mash

  • 1 head of cauliflower, or 5 cups riced
  • 1/2 Cup coconut milk
  • 2 Tbl. coconut oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, or 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. dried chives
  • Pink salt and pepper to taste
  • Step 1 Steam 5 Cups riced cauliflower or 1 head of cauliflower.
  • Step 2 While the cauliflower is still warm, add to a blender {I use a Vitamix}.
  • Step 3 Add the coconut milk, coconut oil, garlic and seasonings to the blender, and blend until combined and desired consistency. Enjoy!
